Douglas W. Byerly, Craig A. McElroy, and Mark P. Foster
Mapping the surface of Escherichia coli peptide deformylase by NMR with organic solvents
Protein Science, July 2002, Volume 11, Number 7, pp. 1850-1853

Supplemental Research Data

Figure 1 presents two-dimensional HSQC spectra of PDF overlaid with spectra acquired in the absence and presence of actinonin, acetone, DMSO or isopropanol [byerly_esm_f1.eps]. Figure 2 is a graph of the per-residue delta_av(HN) in each solvent [byerly_esm_f2.eps]. Figure 3 shows ribbon diagrams of the shift perturbations induced by acetone, DMSO, and isopropanol mapped to the structure of PDF [byerly_esm_f3.jpg]. The legends for the figures are presented together in a separate file.
