Figure S1 assignments for the test set.
The assignments for all the proteins used in the test set are listed. The format shows the sequence, secondary structure, PsiCSI assignment,
confidence of the assignment and the final helical, extended and coil
potentials (confidences). Upper case has been used to denote secondary
structure where there is at least a 90% agreement between conformers (or is a crystal structure). Lower case is used when there is less than 90% agreement. A dash indicates regions where coordinates were not given and secondary structure could not be obtained.
