to lower portions of the spectra results in molecular weight estimates
consistent with HA monomer (in this case, ~ 1070 g mol-1). (B) Concentration distribution data for 1.4 mM HA-f at low rotor speed (5 krpm). The large spike in absorbance at high radial distance indicated formation of large aggregates.
