We have three figures we would like to make available as supplementary
material. Figure 1 shows CD spectra of RPA conducted under native conditions,
after limited proteolysis, and after denaturation with 7 M urea.
Figures 2 and 3 show data describing how limited tryptic fragments of RPA were identified. We also have a paragraph describing the conditions of the experiments and a brief statement regarding the results from each figure.
