Table S1 shows the enrichment of the glutamine-containing heptapeptides in
the consecutive rounds of the biopanning. Table S2 lists the functional classification of human or mammalian proteins identified in databases searches to contain regions similar to phage-selected glutamine-containing peptides. Table S3 summarizes the source and TG2 reactivity of the synthetic peptides used in this study (SnQ1-6) as determined by MALDI/MS using BKP as the amine-donor substrate.
