Data Supplement

The file c3bp_sup.txt describes the ESM files. The files with extension *.wpd are Word Perfect 6.0 files. The file acst.pdb contains the coordinates for the averaged restrained structure of compstatin. The file ecst.pdb contains the coordinates for 21 NMR structures. The files acst.pdb and ecst.pdb are in the STRCTURE directory.
