The file FigsS1S2.doc is a MS Word 7.0 for Windows file containing two figures with figure legends that give the guanidine hydrochloride dependence of the absorbance-detected folding and unfolding kinetics for iso-2 cytochrome c (Fig. S1) and N52I iso-2 cytochrome c (Fig. S2). The figures plot (A) relative amplitudes and (B) log(1/t) for the fast (t2) and slow (t1) phases versus guanidine hydrochloride concentration.
