For the wild type PKA, the relative contributions of different modes
to the overall motion are shown for the two different blocks of the time intervals: 2-22 ns and 10-22 ns. The corresponding two most significant
motion modes are shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. They are very similar with those in the time interval of 2-22 ns MD trajectories, respectively.
