The supplementary material shows the primers used to create the A30P, A53T, and truncated variants of alpha-synuclein. Additionally, Figs. 4 and 5 show the 1H-15N HSQC spectra of the A30P and A53T variants collected at 10ºC, 35ºC, and again at 10ºC. The figures show how the two disease-related variants exhibit the same temperature-induced behavior as the wild-type protein.
