• Adobe PDF File (1.5 MB) - Table 1 lists the H. pylori targets cloned, expressed and purified within the course of this work. Targets are classified into expression categories according to expression vector and mode of characterisation (manual or automatic).
  Table 2 provides the total number of targets expressed upon using the different expression vectors for the manual and automated approaches, thus giving rise to the statistics used in the manuscript.
  Figure 9 provides diagrams of the cloning vectors used in this study.
